Rearm is a Tactical Ability available for the Monarch chassis, in Titanfall 2.

So that’s a bummer, but the “Monarch Reigns” update does include the new Monarch Titan, a mid-range Vanguard class that can suck power from enemy Titans to boost its own and allies’ shields, plus a new map, a reworked map, a new execution manoeuvre, and some new premium content for black market cash buyers.
Respawn has announced another monthly care package of (mostly) free stuff for Titanfall 2 that doesn’t feature a Frontier Defense mode.
